About Craft In The Park

This is an event organized by by Wildlife and Environmental Society of Malawi (WESM) Lilongwe Branch and Four Seasons after the success of their bi-annual Art In The Park event.

Craft In The Park aims at showcasing and marketing Malawi's unique crafts both nationally and internationally.

Our Objectives

Create a sense of community

Create a platform for inspiration

Promote Malawi's crafts

Our Exhibitors

Our exhibitors were carefully selected by a panel of independent judges to consist of artisans from different backgrounds including women, refugees, the youth and rural-based artisans from all regions of Malawi.

Craft In The Park aligns with commitment towards environmental conservation and stewardship. As such, our exhibitors are forbidden from using wildlife products, hard wood and single use plastics. Instead they will use responsibly sourced materials, recycled plastics, scrap metal, agricultural waste and biodegradable materials.
